| spa |
dc.description.abstract | The essay attempts to situate deconstruction and in particular, deconstruction as defended by Jacques Derrida in relation to some of the major political issues (reality and fiction in politics, corruption and political truth, irresponsibility and responsibility, private and public domain), thereby demonstrating its political reach. Given these urgent, pressing issues, the essay proposes a reflection which affects the ability of deconstruction to penetrate said issues, and move the horizons of belief constructed upon an unjustified credit granted to representation as a basis for truth in politics. There are no politics without fiction might be the underlying phrase which sums up the article’s line of argument. | eng |
