dc.description.abstract	Among André de Resende’s letters, Epistle to D. Fr. Gaspar do Casal, Bishop of Leiria, distinguishes from the others because it contains, in its final lines, a kind of rotary excursus about sites to visit and a gastronomic suggestion: grill of mugil and a good wine from bishop’s vine. After situating the letter historically, we will pay particular attention to its final excursus.	eng
