Através da análise sumária de um núcleo documental referente à família dos Nogueiras, conservado no Arquivo da Casa dos Viscondes de Vila Nova de Cerveira e dos Marqueses de Ponte de Lima e datado cronologicamente entre 1280 e 1433, este texto pretende refletir sobre o impacto da documentação contida neste tipo de arquivo sobre o conhecimento biográfico dos seus membros e sobre os processos de promoção social, num espaço que pode ser de âmbito local, regional ou mesmo nacional. |
