A estratégia do saber

Abstract

From time to time a Black Swan, the image that Popper divulged, and one relates to the discovery of Australia, not only outdated the knowledge but unleashed unforeseen radical and destructive changes of the building of science and knowledge of how to do before valued, causing breaks in the order, not only scientific, but also social, political, and ethical, which seriously affect the very foundations of the university building. At the turn of the millennium there was the intervention of one of these Black Swans, still not well identified but much for the demolishing effects of structures and theorizations, already, in a more timid than rigorous way, called globalism.

De quando em vez um Cisne Negro, a imagem que Popper divulgou, e relacionamos com a descoberta da Austrália, não apenas desatualizou o saber como desencadeou imprevistas mudanças radicais e demolidoras do edifico da ciência e do saber fazer antes valorizados, causando ruturas no ordenamento, não apenas cientifico, também social, político, e ético, que atingem seriamente os próprios alicerces do edifício universitário. Na viragem para o novo Milénio verificou-se a intervenção de um desses Cisnes Negros, ainda mal identificado mas sobejamente conhecido pelos efeitos demolidores das estruturas e teorizações, já, de um modo mais tímido que rigoroso, denominado globalismo.
